Controller Job Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Controller with Manufacturing and HR experience. Staffing in all functions has been tightly controlled, hence the ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and perform all accounting and purchasing functions is mandatory until revenue grows. You will also oversee essential HR functions and forecast planning, including spearheading the selection of a new tier two Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will support the businesses fast growing demands in manufacturing, system tools, Supply Chain Management, Financials, Projects, Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management; possible systems might include Intacct, Intuitive, Arena PLM, NetSuite or others open to evaluation. The ideal candidate should have vision and capability to become Vice President of Finance in the future as the company expands.

• The successful candidate will have 10 years experience minimum in a hi-tech manufacturing environment with standard cost accounting experience.
• Should be knowledgeable in selecting and implementing integrated management software systems ERP.
• Should have HR knowledge, and be able to handle HR functions until a full time HR manager is hired.
• A BS degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance is required
• CPA and MBA desirable
