Our engaged search is best suited for positions that must be filled in a timely manner and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. With this option, you will have less exposure should a hire fail to materialize. A project team will work with you until the position is filled or, two offers of emloyment have been extended. Our guarantee period is 90 days and all candidates will be offered to client exclusively for a maximum period of 30 days.
Terms and Conditions
- A placement fee of 25% of the total estimated first years compensation is required
- One third is due and payable upon signing of the engaged search agreement. This is non-refundable.
- The final two thirds is due and payable within 30 days from the date of hire.
